The natural sedimentation fully automatic liquid-based cell preparation and staining machine is based on the principles of liquid-based cytology (LBC). It adopts natural sedimentation preparation technology and fully automatic staining technology. Its unique slide adhesion formula forms a uniform thin layer of cells on the anti-detachment slide, which facilitates further observation and diagnosis . The fully automatic slide preparation and staining further improves work efficiency and slide quality.

Working principle
(Gradient centrifugation technology + natural sedimentation slide preparation technology + fully automated staining technology)
The fully automated liquid-based thin-layer cell preparation machine, controlled by a computer, employs natural sedimentation preparation and fully automated staining techniques. Gradient centrifugation removes interfering components such as blood and mucus from liquid-based cell specimens, minimizing obstruction. Based on the different specific gravities of different cell types in the human body, and the high specific gravities and rapid sedimentation of diseased cells due to their heterogeneous nuclei, the natural sedimentation preparation technique maximizes the effective capture of diseased cells and other valuable components. The entire preparation and staining process is fully automated, resulting in excellent slide quality, vivid staining, clear background images, uniform cell distribution in a thin layer, no white patches, sufficient diagnostic components, and a high positive detection rate.

Workflow
Pre-treatment section: The sample is transferred to a centrifuge tube and subjected to gradient centrifugation to remove impurities such as mucus and blood.
Slide Preparation (Transfer, Staining): Place the centrifuge tubes containing the samples into the centrifuge tube holder, then place the slides and staining chambers, ensuring the slide numbers correspond to the centrifuge tubes. Insert the pipette tips. Select the number of samples to be processed, and choose the quantity as needed. You can choose to prepare slides separately or complete slide preparation and staining simultaneously. Select 'Start,' and the machine will automatically perform pipetting, sedimentation, fixation, and staining. After completion, select 'Recover Staining Solution' to return the staining solution to the staining bottle and rinse the tubing.
Post-processing: Discard the slide preparation and staining chamber, immerse the slides in anhydrous ethanol for 5 minutes, and seal the slides with xylene.
Features
Ø Advanced cell preservation formula: 100% of cell samples are collected in the preservation solution, maintaining the original cell morphology and structure, breaking down mucus, dissolving excess red blood cells, and reducing the obstruction caused by mucus and red blood cells.
Ø Unique slide attachment formula: Cells are distributed in a single layer within a diameter of 1.3cm, with uniform and concentrated distribution, and are not easily overlapped or obscured; cells adhere firmly and are not easily detached; microscopic observation is time-saving and labor-saving, improving work efficiency and reducing the likelihood of missed diagnoses.
Gradient centrifugation and natural sedimentation slide preparation techniques: remove most inflammatory cells and reduce obstruction; abnormal cells have a higher proportion, and gradient centrifugation and natural sedimentation can effectively select and concentrate cells with diagnostic value.
Ø Fully automated control of slide preparation and staining process: stable and reliable technology, eliminating the influence of human factors, and allowing for reproducible slides.
Independent staining tanks: no floating matter or cell cross-contamination; reagents are never reused, ensuring vivid staining and clear images.
Ø Design: Accurate positioning overcomes the shortcomings of traditional designs that are prone to inaccurate positioning and eliminates cross-contamination.
Ø Batch processing of samples, capable of producing 24 images simultaneously, with high efficiency and speed, and a production time of approximately 45 minutes.
Windows-style user interface, graphical interface, shortcut key design, progress bar animation design. Intuitive and easy to use.
Ø The suction head detachment alarm enables automatic unattended operation, saving labor costs, preventing misoperation, and preventing cross-infection.
The control software is designed with software copyright, and online upgrades ensure safe use.
Scope of application
It is used by medical institutions and medical research departments to prepare and stain various exfoliated cell samples taken from the human body.
Technological advantages
Advanced cell preservation formula
100% of the cell specimens were collected into the processing solution, which preserved the original cell morphology and structure, broke down the mucus, dissolved excess blood cells, and reduced the obstruction of diagnostic epithelial cells by mucus and blood cells.
Unique glass slide adhesion formula
The cells are distributed in a monolayer within a diameter of 1.3 cm, with a uniform and concentrated distribution that is not easily overlapped or obscured; the cells adhere firmly and are not easily detached. Microscopic observation is time-saving and labor-saving, improving work efficiency and reducing the likelihood of missed diagnoses.
Gradient centrifugation and natural sedimentation slide preparation techniques
Most inflammatory cells are removed, reducing obstruction; abnormal cells have a higher proportion, and gradient centrifugation and natural sedimentation can effectively select and concentrate cells with diagnostic value.
Fully automated control of slide preparation and dyeing processes
The technology is stable and reliable, eliminates the influence of human factors, and allows for repeated copying.
Staining in a separate staining room
There are no floating objects or cross-contamination of cells; the staining solution is not reused, ensuring the staining effect is vivid and the image is clear.
High production efficiency
For batch processing of specimens, prepare and stain 24-48 slides at a time, and prepare 24 slides consecutively in less than 45 minutes.
The slides of both gynecological and non-gynecological specimens are equally impressive.
It is not only excellent at preparing gynecological specimens, but also at preparing non-gynecological specimens (sputum, pleural and peritoneal fluid, puncture fluid, etc.).
